Exchange, Return and Refund Policy

    • Inkoust offers its services through online access through its website. When purchasing a service, the customer will have access to the functionalities and resources described on the purchase page of the service.

  • Exchange Policy

    • Exchange for another service of equal value is possible upon customer request. The deadline for requesting an exchange is up to 7 calendar days from the date of purchase. To make the exchange, the customer must contact us via email conatato@inkoust.com.br.

  • Cancellation Policy

    • Cancellation of the service is possible within a period of 7 calendar days from the date of purchase. 100% of the amount paid by the customer will be refunded. Refund processing will take place within 15 business days of the cancellation request. To request cancellation, the customer must contact us via email conatato@inkoust.com.br.

  • Refund Policy

    • Reimbursement of the amount paid by the customer is possible upon request within a period of 7 calendar days from the date of purchase. Refund processing will take place within 15 business days of the refund request. To request a refund, the customer must contact conatato@inkoust.com.br.

  • Available Payment Methods

    • Inkoust accepts the following payment methods on its website: credit card, bank slip and PIX. The customer can choose the payment method available and preferred during the purchase/contract process.
